Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package is transferred to the recipient. StackedSkincare is not liable for lost or missing packages after the carrier confirms successful delivery.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, we recommend the following steps:
- Check around your delivery location (front door, mailbox, side door, reception area, etc.).
- Ask household members, neighbors, or building management if they accepted the package on your behalf.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to request delivery details or open an investigation.
While we are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds for packages confirmed as delivered, we will always do our best to assist you in locating your shipment.
