Delays In Shipping

We apologize and assure you your order was processed and shipped right away. We process orders same day placed before 11am PST time. All orders placed after are processed the next business day. We do not have any control over packages after they have left our fulfillment department, as this is out of our hands. Please note all rates and schedules offered to you at checkout are pulled directly from the shipping carriers. We do not acquire any of the cost charged to you for shipping. They do inform everyone via banner on their website of the delays due to Covid-19. We do apologize for this inconvenience, but this delay is not on our end and unfortunately, out of our control. We hope you understand this and we do truly apologize for this inconvenience.
