Why Aren't My Electrodes Working?

If the electrodes do not activate immediately, wait for about 1 minute. If that still does not work and the device is still under the 1 year warranty, please email Hello@stackedskincare.com with your order # for a replacement.  If it is past 1 year, we offer replacement electrodes for sale on the website.
